The staff were very pleasant and resolutive, and the location was good. The shower was clogged when we arrived, and the window was very thin so we could hear everything from the street.

“No repetiría”

The hotel is close to the center and the pool is great. We were charged an extra fee for cleaning, and then repeatedly charged for various other items without explanation; the staff didn’t know how to explain it. It’s 5 minutes from the center, which is fine. The breakfast was not varied; there was no fruit or yogurt.

“Excelente ubicación y atención excepcional”

The experience was great. The hotel is very well located in a central spot that makes it easy to reach the main attractions, and the staff were especially kind and attentive. Initially we were offered a room with a view of the main street, which is usually noisy during the day; we mentioned this, and they promptly swapped us for a quieter room without hesitation. We’re very grateful for the care and the ease with which the issue was resolved. The only downside was that the room could get somewhat hot given the warm, humid climate of the Philippines, but we told the staff and they immediately supplied a fan to help the air conditioning keep the room cool. It was a small discomfort that was quickly fixed with excellent service.

The staff were helpful, the beds were very comfortable and the room spacious, and it was very close to the city centre; the pool was a bit neglected, and there was mold in the room that could be smelled.
