The accommodation was very clean and exactly what I needed, though a slightly larger fridge and better cooling would have helped; nevertheless the staff were excellent and completed the job.

I stayed at Casa Florens for six days and the experience exceeded my expectations: the room was clean, organized, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it had a small fridge and a fairly large bathroom, it’s only a 5‑minute walk to the city center and about 10–15 minutes to the beach, and you can get around the town on foot without transport; the host was extremely kind and available, recommending restaurants, bars, activities, and beach clubs, often checking in to see how the stay was going and ready to help with any need—everything was perfect, though a larger wardrobe would have been useful.
Camera molto carina, pulita e dotata di AC, TV, bollitore e frigo piccolo ma utile. Bagno pulito, moderno e tutto ben funzionante. Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, mi ha suggerito alcuni ristoranti, gelateria e stabilimenti balneari. Posizione centralissima, a piedi 10 minuti dalla spiaggia e 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ho dato 5 stelle anche se farei un appunto: manca un po' di più spazio dove riporre le cose; magari 2 comodini invece degli sgabelli😉 Consigliato☝️
The staff were super kind and helpful, the room was cozy and tidy, and they even provided coffee, biscuits, and a tiny fridge that was convenient.
The location was convenient and very quiet with great privacy, the host was absent in person but attentive on the phone; the room was cramped, the air‑conditioner worked only when it wanted, the bathroom fan instead of sucking out fumes smelled burnt, and I didn’t notice the elevator in the description (my mistake), but reaching the 3rd floor with luggage on the narrow stairs was devastating.
