The location was convenient; we walked from the hotel to Florence’s center. The room was clean, with housekeeping changing towels. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was quiet. The room included a kettle and a fridge. The kitchen had an egg cooker, a coffee machine, a cappuccino maker, a microwave, and a tap water filter. Coffee, biscuits, and cereal were all provided by the host. Everything was great.

However, you can hear all the outside traffic and the tram/railway, which stops right in front; better sound‑proof windows would help.
