“Overall reasonable stay.”
The overall experience was reasonable, and the staff and service had improved compared to my previous visit, though the AC seemed a bit strong.

The location right on the busy street was annoying, the breakfast was served on a tray with pre‑prepared food and no choice, so we left in the early afternoon of the second day, asking for a refund for at least one of the two nights we didn’t stay, but the request was unjustifiably denied – terrible place.

The stay was calm, and there was nothing specifically negative.

The interior design feels well thought‑out and the layout is nicely executed, clearly the result of a solid concept, but the bedding, furniture and sheets look worn‑out—I stayed three nights and kept seeing the same old sheet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was superb and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, during my stay, the hotel had to adjust their breakfast system due to Ramadan, which resulted in a very limited selection of options. This was a bit disappointing, but I understood the circumstances.
