The property is easy to find, has an excellent location, the host’s assistance is very thorough, and the room is very clean. It’s on the street and very quiet. However, if there’s a kettle with tea bags, cups are also needed. Unfortunately there’s no elevator, so you have to climb two ramps of stairs. Some bed slats were loose. When the shower door opens, water inevitably splashes onto the floor.

Cleanliness, comfort, interior design. A very pleasant place with an artistic interior. It would be nice to have at least a small area for preparing quick simple meals. There is a shared coffee‑tea corner. A better description of how to reach and enter the property is needed. Reception is automated based on codes.

Nice property in an excellent location for visiting the Pompeii ruins and attending concerts at the amphitheatre. Parking is good on nearby streets and the site is about a 20‑25 minute walk away. Very close to the property are many affordable places to eat well (we tried a take‑away pizzeria, a cheese shop practically in front of the gate, and a great sandwich shop a few hundred metres away) and several bars and pastry shops for breakfast, giving a wide choice. When I had trouble opening the reinforced door and had to bother the owner, I was promptly assisted. The stay was fully satisfying; I can only strongly recommend this B&B.
