I picked this hotel because it sits right next to the station, making morning train rides super convenient, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was dirty, with filthy sheets, a grimy bathroom, and an unpleasant odor that didn’t improve after the lady sprayed deodorant before I entered; since it was on the first floor, the bathroom had been used as a service bathroom and wasn’t cleaned before my arrival, so I would not recommend a first‑floor, windowless room.

The glass window and the rainy day made the stay enjoyable.

The air‑conditioner worked well, but the bathroom was too small and the fittings were poor.

Because we had an early train from Agra Cantt station, getting to the platform from this hotel was very easy, and the staff stored our bags and didn’t mind the delayed pickup; they were friendly, offered free chai, and explained cultural details when asked. The restaurant below was tasty and reasonably priced, and a rickshaw to Agra Fort or the Taj Mahal costs 100/150 rupees. The staff were generally helpful but sometimes obnoxious and a bit annoying, which is typical for Europeans in India; the biggest issue was cleanliness—everything was dirty, some items looked unwashed, and after we requested a bathroom clean the sink remained unclean. The thick blanket seemed unwashed for years and had no cover, so we improvised with an extra bedsheet underneath; the overall smell resembled a portable toilet with a bad air freshener.
