The location is great for Tusculum Uni, the condition is lovely, and it’s very comfortable.

The lady who worked breakfast was wonderful—sweet and helpful. We arrived at 2 pm and couldn’t check in. I know check‑in starts at 3 pm, but I had requested earlier when booking. The front desk woman didn’t even look me over, just said no rooms were available and it was too early. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we’ve stayed many times before without this problem. Had we known, we’d have gone straight to my dad’s place instead of the hotel.

Everyone was so polite and professional. The whole hotel was clean and safe. When the elevator stopped working, it was fixed right away. The only downside was that coffee was only available for a short time in the morning.
