The location was good. The place was clean but could be better. The room was small. The staff were friendly. I recommend it mainly for its location.

The location is very central in old Chiang Mai, with many restaurants and bars nearby, very lively. The staff and service were lacking, and our room (family room) had very hard mattresses and felt very old. The bathroom was fine. Reception wasn’t very welcoming and offered little service; when we asked for laundry service it was deemed too much, so we had to find a local laundromat.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly. The pool wasn’t very practical in terms of grass and walking space.
