We had a truly pleasant stay. The property was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The room was comfortable and fully equipped. We recommend this place and would gladly return!

A private bathroom, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and a great spot just 1 km from metro C (12‑15 min walk) that takes you straight to the Colosseum. A few small maintenance issues could be better.

Everything was spotless! The only downside was the fridge noise in the room and the house noise from the floor above 😏.

Check‑in was smooth, communication with the owner was clear, the room was clean and the bed comfy. The parking right behind the doors in front of the apartment is a real highlight. It’s a bit farther from Rome’s center, but a few days in the city we managed to get around with the metro. About 10‑15 min walk to the station and then roughly 40 min to the center on a single line.
