Nothing in the room was clean, it was full of roaches. When I checked out, I told the front desk attendant, and it seemed he didn’t care. I showed him the picture and he said they had been spraying. No apologies or any other explanation. He said he was going to talk to his boss.

The place was quiet, but there was hair on the floor, ants, dirty towels, and the staff wouldn’t answer the phone when needed.
