I didn’t find the staff friendly, and foreigners weren’t allowed—nothing was mentioned until we got there.

Great location, really central and easy to find. Didn't have any issues during my stay.

Checked in at Elite 32 Avenue and it was a bit tricky to find, not well-marked on the map. Luckily, the staff were super friendly and professional. They served a good breakfast, so kudos to them - keep up the good work!

The staff were really kind and helpful, which was a big plus. However, the food situation was pretty disappointing - room service took ages and the breakfast buffet was a mess, so we ended up not eating at all. The elevator had a weird smell and our room was smaller than expected, but maybe we just got a different room? The balcony was tiny, but that's not a deal-breaker.
