Breakfast was excellent, with quality products and a wide variety, both sweet and savory. A special mention for the yogurt, truly special. The staff pays special attention to customers who sometimes don’t even have time to express a wish or need, and they are already satisfied. Everyone is very kind, from the management to all the staff. Hospitality without compromise! Some small aspects of the residence room could be improved; for example, there is no outdoor light on the balcony or a place to hang small items to dry. The bathroom equipment could be better.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were neat and clean with a beautiful view. The food was also really good, both breakfast and dinner. Nothing to complain about; it was perfect.

“Hotel Residence Mayr: simply the best place to stay for those wanting to explore the Dolomites”

We stayed at Hotel Residence Mayr in Castelrotto and it was absolutely amazing, surpassing every expectation. The rooms were spacious, welcoming, and spotless, and the restaurant was a delight. Parking was convenient, and the whole staff—especially Astrid, the owner—was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly at home. Breakfast offered a wide selection of high‑quality items, and dinner each night was a unique, beautifully presented menu crafted by Chef Werner Mayr. The hotel’s location is privileged, with breathtaking scenery and easy access to the main tourist spots. All in all, the quality of accommodation, food, and service makes Hotel Residence Mayr great value for money, and we already recommended it to several couples and plan to return. Every single thing at Hotel Residence Mayr was just perfect.

The staff’s courtesy and the food quality were the two things that impressed me the most. My wife and I stayed for eight days and everything was great. The service was top‑level and very serious. We’ll definitely come back and tell our friends. The bed blankets were too short for my 1.90 cm height and the pillow wasn’t very comfortable.
