The rooms were nice, the bar food was good, and the staff were friendly, but there was no gym.

The location was spot on, and the room was huge with a balcony that offered a fantastic view of the harbor, plus the shower was the best I've had. Parking, however, was a little confusing.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and I liked having the two balconies, although telephone poles and other things kind of spoiled the view. It was room 21. The bathroom and shower were very nice, and the poppy seed muffin at breakfast was delectable—I wish I had that recipe! We didn’t feel very welcomed; despite texting that my husband is handicapped (with a CT state hang tag), we did not get good service on arrival. Also, they told us that because we booked through a third party we couldn’t check in until 4 pm, which was off‑putting. He needed to rest and we arrived in the lobby shortly after 3 pm, so the reception felt a bit frosty. Our room wasn’t ready, but then within 10 minutes it was! Frankly, the desk staff seemed like they didn’t have their communication quite together. Okay. We decided to go up to the Rooftop for a drink. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary, but they didn’t have that—really?! So we ordered a glass of wine each, which we felt was a very meager pour.
