The hotel looked beautiful, the rooms were spacious with spotless bathrooms, and the pool was really nice. The location was good too. However, the staff could have been more proactive and attentive; they didn’t try to upsell us any spa services or dinner or breakfast options. The bar service was also slow.

Room service arrived far too late even after I chased it multiple times. We were traveling with Sangha, and the hotel could have shown more respect toward them.
