Great value for money, excellent shower and very comfortable bed, close to restaurants, shopping, and the metro. The elevator was under renovation, so the wait time was longer.

Já nos hospedamos várias vezes no the palace e é sempre muito bom. Tudo ótimo café da manhã, roupa ss cama,limpeza , tudo atendeu bem. Sem reclamações

The flat looks exactly like the pictures—clean, spacious, and the staff are genuinely friendly. It’s right by the mall and the main roads, which is a big plus if you’re heading to Expo São Paulo. Breakfast is decent, and honestly, the convenience more than makes up for the price.

Love the location—right next to a shopping center and a bunch of restaurants. The only hiccup was one of the elevators was on break‑down, so it took ages to go up or down.
