My room wasn’t cleaned and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no‑smoke room. I have never had a bad experience with a hotel before. I will never be back to this one.

The hotel was filthy—carpets stained, dirt everywhere, and the continental breakfast was just six pieces of bread in a tub of jelly.
