We were greeted very warmly, the kitchen is open to everyone, and they offered personal advice on current local happenings; the tips are not found everywhere.

Spotlessly clean and brand‑new, with a small communal kitchen and a private parking spot; we didn't have breakfast, but on Monday we could enjoy a tasty meal in the “kleine Speisesaal” in the same building. Everything was excellent.
