I stayed solo for one day because the hotel was the closest to my event. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and I slept very well; the bed was very comfortable. The view I got wasn’t the best, but I didn’t stay for the view.

I had a decent breakfast, but the real issue was that I was at a party when they handed me a Karcher handheld vacuum as a gift. I left it in my room when checking out and tried to call the front desk. They told me it was too late, the key lady wasn’t there, and that I should call back the next day at 10 am. I did, and they said they’d call the key lady. A day passed and no one called, so I had to call again. They told me to leave the door open, which is absurd, and only after three days did they mention it, admitting they hadn’t reported the missing vacuum.

The location is great, but several service issues ruined my stay. The shower didn’t work, the air conditioner sprayed water, and the parking ticket validation failed. Breakfast was very basic, even worse than the express hotels. The staff seemed annoyed, acting like I was asking for free stuff, and they gave me a long face. Overall, not a good experience.
