“Estrutura ruim, localização boa”

Bem localizado preço barato. Tive que aguardar quase 1 hora pra fazer o checkin pois o recepcionista estava “dormindo”. Os quartos não tem ventilação e cheiram a mofo. Pouquíssimo espaço. Ventiladores quebrados

“Лучше не буду”

The bed was quite comfortable with curtains on each bed, and there was lighting and an outlet above the bed; however, a horrible damp smell (since the laundry dries right in the hallway), no blanket or towels were offered, and the place was mostly occupied by men who work in Batumi, so it feels like a hostel and the price matches that; I chose it based on comments or because it had been that way before, but the reviews may not be truthful.

The spot is in a good location and the kitchen is decent, but everything was filthy and damp; being in a basement with no windows and a loud AC you can’t control, clothes are always drying inside, so it smells damp; there’s mold in the bathrooms, which are otherwise disgusting; one of our beds was broken and we saw a cockroach; the staff were odd, we arrived at 8 pm and had to get a guest to wake the manager, then we had to make our own beds; the next day he and some friends were drunk, smoking inside and blasting loud music; DO NOT STAY HERE, IT’S HORRIBLE.

The location is good and we could easily find our room; the shower was fine; the entrance had a wet smell, the room was stuffy, and the toilet had a slight odor.
