The room was spacious, the air‑conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was very comfortable; it was also very close to the Duomo. Unfortunately, the balcony faced a street with some noisy ventilation units, so we couldn’t keep the window open.

The concierge, or owner, was very friendly and picked up our car, then brought it back the next morning right away. The rooms and bathrooms were old, the wooden door frames creaked, and the beds were ordinary.

The location was great.

The staff, Salvatore and his dad, were very nice and super accommodating. The hotel had a lift, the room was huge, and the linens were excellent. It was right down the street from the main walking area.
