B&B Restanza and its host Marilena are a hidden gem. The room was beautiful, more like a boutique hotel than a B&B but still had the personal touch of being part of the hosts’ home. It was incredibly comfortable, I slept so well there and it has everything you’d need. Marilena is an exceptional host, always checking I was okay and offering excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. I discovered beautiful spots and great food thanks to her. The location is also excellent, right by the train station and ferry port. Nothing to add.

This B&B was amazing!!! The location is a 5 minute walk from the train and right in front of the port to get the ferries. The apartment decor was cute and it was very clean and quiet. The air conditioning also worked great. But the best part was the host Marilena! She made my whole week! She really cares about giving her guests a personalized experience. She took the time to send me lots of recommendations and checked in frequently to see how things were going. As a female solo traveler this was a touch I haven’t experienced before and it made me feel very safe. She even took the time to arrange for me to visit the small town my family came from. This was the icing on the cake of her generosity and hospitality. She truly made my experience in Salerno unforgettable and I can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful accommodation, exactly as in the photos — beautiful, clean and in an excellent location! Marijanna was a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and always available to assist. The location is ideal, next to the Central Station and very close to the harbor for excursions to Amalfi, Positano, etc., while the Historic Center is also nearby. We were really very satisfied and would choose it again without hesitation. We recommend it without reservation!
