The hotel reception told me to cancel the booking I made through the app and charged me 1000 rupees for a one‑night stay. The cancellation process and reason were chosen by the receptionist. The room’s condition and layout were nothing like the pictures on your site. He also charged me an extra 350 rupees for the same room I booked via your app. The reception took my signature on a blank sheet that only listed the room number, my phone number, and my Aadhaar card number, with a large portion of the paper empty; he said he would print my ID later on the same sheet. Worst experience ever.

“Worst ,poor hotel”

There was nothing to like. The washroom was dirty, the wall had seepage, there was no TV, and the staff had no communication skills. Very poor stay, so I did not stay there.

“You will regret, if you book here.”

The staff behaved badly. Even though I booked an AC room, they told me it was non‑AC because the info wasn’t updated and charged roughly double for an AC room. The room’s washroom was dirty, the shower had no water supply, and there were many other issues.
