“🌿💚 A little piece of paradise! Breathtaking views, a beautiful waterfall, and amazing wildlife.”

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was lovely, from the great location to the convenient parking. We felt comfortable and welcomed throughout. The scenery, the waterfall, and the animals were especially beautiful, making the experience truly special and memorable. One small suggestion would be to offer breakfast as an optional service for guests who might appreciate it.

“Nice that impressed with service and communication. Security issues.”

The lodge is in a beautiful, scenic spot that feels secluded but is still close enough to restaurants and shopping like The Gables. We had some issues with security staff who behaved oddly and made us feel unsafe. The man claimed he was checking in on us; my husband had stepped away, so it was just me, my 8‑month‑old baby, and my elderly mom. Despite politely telling him we were fine, he kept advancing toward me and wouldn’t leave. I closed the security gate to our door, and he reached through with his hand trying to hold mine. I firmly told him to leave several times, but he wouldn’t. He finally left when my husband returned. Although he wore what looked like a security uniform, his behavior was bizarre and creepy. We tried calling staff between 8 and 10:30 pm, but they didn’t answer, and the after‑hours numbers, including the owners’, were unreachable. The owner and management apologized the next day, saying the guard would be replaced, though I’m not sure if that’s true. They also mentioned that the after‑hours reception had weak Wi‑Fi, so our WhatsApp calls didn’t go through. I told them we shouldn’t be the only international guests they have and that they shouldn’t advertise being reachable on WhatsApp if that’s the case.

“Große Anlage mit geräumigen Zimmern inmitten der Natur”

The property sits right in the middle of nature, and there's a small pool as well. The apartment is spacious with a lovely terrace, and its location is great for exploring the surrounding area. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment upon request, and pizza can be ordered and picked up at the reception. The only downside is a longer sandy path that still drives well to the site, which is just the price of being surrounded by nature.
