Everything was perfect! The owner was super helpful, friendly, and speaks English (which is rare in South America!). The hotel was clean and well‑located, with the option to access the kitchen to prepare meals. The breakfast was great, and if you’re leaving early you can get a lunch box. The owner kept our stuff during the Salkantay trek and even offered to lend us her own trekking poles! When we came back, our bags were already waiting in our room, like coming home. The only downside was that everything was perfect.

The owner stored my luggage for a few days, not just once but twice. She was very friendly and gave me useful city tips. I loved how cozy the place felt, and it was in a great spot, a short walk to the city center and in a nice area. The walls in the budget single room are extremely thin, so bring ear plugs for nighttime use 😖
