The welcome was very good, but the wait time for breakfast was a problem.

I was forced to pay for the return shuttle even though we had checked it off before arrival, and the shuttle did not match the pictures we saw; I was taken in a taxi brousse instead. The currency listed on the document was not the one used for the convention, so I had to change rooms on my second day because of a smell coming from the ceiling.

The staff were very friendly, the location is in the heart of the city, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that my room faced the street, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings with the cars, but that's all.
