The place was warm and cozy, heating worked great and the fireplace was a nice touch close to the lift. The apartment itself was fine, but if you’re planning a trip to Bansko in mid‑February, be prepared for three‑hour lift lines.

Very clean, cozy, and warm – couldn't have asked for more. The room felt like a small sanctuary, and the warmth made it feel like home.

Bright, warm apartment, close to both old and new town but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Everything was excellent – definitely coming back.

The apartment looked okay at first, but the breaker kept tripping every 30‑40 minutes with a loud squeak and buzz that kept us up for three nights. We tried to light the fireplace, only to find the chimney was dirty and the smoke kept flooding the room, even after we ventilated for hours. In short, I wouldn't recommend staying here again.
