The hotel sits right in the heart of Bolzano’s city centre, the room (DZ) with a very modern bathroom was spotless and bright, and it was easy to reach by elevator; we could leave our bicycles in a secure ground‑floor room, and the breakfast was simple but good, but the windows faced the street, so we could only open them late at night after the traffic noise had faded.

The location is great, the place is very clean, the facilities are solid, and the breakfast was amazing, yet there is no individual air‑conditioner control in the room; the floors stay at a constant temperature and we were only given a fan.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were comfortable, but the room had no soundproofing, so it felt like we were chatting with the neighbors on either side.
