The place is in a good spot and the staff are friendly, and I’ve stayed here before with no problems. But the apartment was infested with cockroaches and ruined the whole trip; Muse told me I’d get a refund but I never did, which was very disappointing.

The location is super convenient for hitting the main sights, the facilities are lovely, but what really makes the stay special is the outstanding service—especially Amr, who went above and beyond from months before the trip, arranging tours, transport, and every little detail with genuine kindness, dedication, and care. THANK YOU, Amr! ❤️ People like him turn a simple stay into an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely return! ❤️
