The hotel’s location and the chefs’ seasoning were fine, yet our experience was very disappointing. The reception staff didn’t handle our room‑change request properly, even after we reported strong dampness and water leaks in the initially assigned room. We arrived at 1:00 p.m. with a child, but the room wasn’t ready until 4:30 p.m., well after the official check‑in time of 3:00 p.m., making the wait even more uncomfortable. The bar service was unsatisfactory: the staff were unfriendly when we asked for ice, and the cocktails barely tasted like liquor. Internet service is terrible and the signal doesn’t reach the rooms. Maintenance is lacking throughout the property. The posted photos don’t reflect the actual condition, creating unmet expectations. Overall, the value for money is poor; a high rate for subpar service, facilities needing upkeep, and customer care that leaves much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend it until significant improvements are made. The noise and music in the hotel’s beach area are excessive, with an extremely loud volume that prevents a peaceful beach experience.

I liked the place, the room was very pretty, comfortable, with a fridge, air conditioning, perfect location next to Caruya, a calm beach, and the staff were very friendly. The food disappointed me, breakfast was awful, and the prices were ridiculous; the beach was littered with trash and no one seemed to bother cleaning or collecting it.
