Nestled amid Oisterwijk’s lush forests, Hotel & Restaurant Meneer Van Eijck offers tastefully decorated rooms with rural charm and forest views. Complimentary Wi‑Fi and a breakfast buffet set the tone, while the on‑site restaurant delivers traditional Dutch cuisine. Its proximity to Tilburg (14 km) and Oisterwijk’s cycling and hiking trails makes it an ideal base for nature lovers.

A flawless stay – the room was stunning, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the location right in the heart of the forest was perfect. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the only tweak that might help is a more varied breakfast. All in all, a fantastic place that I definitely recommend.

The location was great. The breakfast disappointed – very limited options.

The staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The bathroom was dirty, and the glasses you could grab on the hallway for tea were also unclean. There was some noise from the kitchen that forced me to sleep with earplugs. The hotel was loud.

A warm and friendly welcome from equally friendly staff. Nothing else to mention, but we only stayed one night. If I had to point out something, it might be the narrow staircase to the loft. Once up there, the room was fantastic, very spacious, and the beds were truly great. So those are the positives I’m noting as negatives.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The location has a beautiful setting in the woods. The room only had a bed and a single chair – no table at all. We had to sit on the bed for everything. A TV was missing. Very plain.
