The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The gelateria is very close, and the waterfront location offers a view of the lake and mountains from the room. No complaints – a very good hotel.

I deliberately booked a room with lake view and a small balcony, and it paid off completely. Fantastic, even though the first floor is still very close to the bustling Piazza. I left early the next day, almost skipped breakfast, but still took the time: fresh bread, a wide selection, a great breakfast! The minibar snack prices are completely overpriced, as everywhere else.
