Morfeo Suite

I was impressed by the excellent service, clear communication, and helpful information, plus a great location and comfortable accommodation. Nothing to complain about.

“Es un buen sitio para pasar unos días en Roma. Cerca de estación Termini, estación metro y Coliseo.”

The place was spotless, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of room. I would add more hooks in the closet for clothes.

I had a very distressing experience at this accommodation. At around 3 a.m., the key broke in the lock, leaving me stranded outside in torrential rain, alone and unable to access the room I had paid for. Despite contacting the host immediately, no practical assistance was offered until the morning. I only managed to get inside around 6:30 a.m., thanks to a neighbour who opened the building door. To make matters worse, the host is now demanding €70 for the broken key and has made inappropriate assumptions about my state of intoxication based on 3 empty beer bottles in the room, rather than addressing the lack of assistance and the circumstances of the incident. I understand that accidents happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I did not feel supported or safe, and I would not recommend this accommodation

Nestor was very friendly, and the treatment and attention towards us were excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, just as shown in the photos. Excellent!

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable, and they waited for us without any problem to hand over the key since we were a little late at the agreed time. With a location that allowed us to reach all the tourist attractions in a short time.
