Central location, near Via Francigena, and a pleasant welcome from the hostess. We were there on 11 Oct 2026 and were the only guests. There was no “fresh” breakfast, only an overabundance of cakes, cookies, etc. in plastic packaging.

Hospitality, pool, hygiene were excellent, but there were two single mattresses for a double bed.
