“Rude staff - very disappointing”

I was thrilled to stay so close to the Temple, but the room I received was far below what I paid—only Rs. 3800/- for a space that was less than half the value of the deluxe room I had booked. When I asked Ashwath to either give me the original room or adjust the price, he was rude, told me the room size didn’t matter, and insisted I didn’t need a bigger room. He refused to discuss the issue and told me to talk to someone else, adding that he didn’t care if I posted a negative review online. Another couple overheard this and confirmed they had also been given a tiny room at an inflated rate. The problem isn’t the money; it’s the staff’s attitude and lack of hospitality toward a regular customer. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

“Compared to the price , the management should increase the facilities like providing complimentary breakfast, pickup etc”

The location is very near to the temple, but the price was quite high.

When I booked Adigaa, they gave me the hotel Yamuna, but Yamuna, the sister concern of Adiga, is not clean.
