The beach is close by. I reported that the air‑conditioning was not working, but nothing was done or offered. Given the temperatures at the Dead Sea, it was a sleepless night. The ground‑floor room made it impossible to leave the window open.

The salt pool and sulfur pool are positives. The hotel needs to work on eliminating the flies in the dining area (quite bothersome) and the high level of irritation near the pool. Additionally, many cats climb onto the beds for sunbathing and roam between rooms. It is unacceptable that a luxury hotel does not address this disturbance.

The location near the sea and the included meals are great, and the outdoor rooms give a sense of privacy. However, the reception is chaotic and unpleasant, giving off a general feeling of disorder. The staff were not welcoming, and they entered our room several times without permission or a request.

“Nice”

Place is directly on the beach. We could enter begore the agreed time and depart after check out. We received water for dinner aftrr special request by staff. Handrail in thermal bad is broken
