The spot is good if you want to visit Ortigia, but the room was poorly ventilated, leaving a damp and sometimes unpleasant air; the cleaning was rather superficial and the building looked old; morning light came through the room door and you could clearly hear the reception, so privacy was lacking—just an internal door with a different lock isn’t enough, a better acoustic isolation system would be needed.

It’s an amazing spot right in Ortigia’s center, on one of its most emblematic streets, close to everything; we had some water service issues (outside the owners’ control) but they stayed on top of it and compensated us financially; the room was comfortable, modern, nice, and spacious even for four people, as it was for us; absolutely recommend it! The bathroom sometimes had a slight odor, probably from the water problems.

La ubicación excelente. Súper cerca del área arqueológica, nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y el desayuno muy rico! Regresaría sin duda

The location was the only good thing, and the cleaning lady was nice even though the apartment itself wasn’t clean; it was super noisy, waking me up every few hours with loud street noise, there was no parking despite the hotel’s description, the bed was uncomfortable, and overall it wasn’t clean.
