We were given the wrong room and, even after offering to pay the price difference, I ended up covering the whole mistake. The staff barely helped—just pushed my checkout an hour later. The place is far from anything and not at all accessible for someone with limited mobility like my mother.
The cabin had a functional kitchen, board games, and a fire‑pit area, plus it was right by the ponds and even close to families of tití monkeys. Nighttime lighting could be better, but it wasn’t terrible and they gave us an extra bulb when we asked.
