The location and price are decent, but they come at a cost. The room was dirty; the furniture and appliances looked uncleaned for a long time, with hairs in the sink and on the beds. The rooms feel dated and need a refresh, and the mattresses are rock hard.

Our experience was terrible. After a long night of driving, we arrived, found no one at the front desk, called the number on the wall, and received a voicemail from someone claiming to be the answering service. We booked two nights, but the room looked unclean from the previous stay, had noticeable bedbugs on the sheets, the bathroom was in disrepair, the air conditioner didn't work, and overall the condition was grossly unacceptable. What could have been better? Management would help a great deal. The rooms should meet hotel standards, and despite numerous calls to management, we never received a return call.

The location is good and there’s a nice coffee maker, but it could have been cleaner and the shower pressure was way too low.

The spot was convenient, but the room was filthy and the air conditioner screamed. I paid far more than what I got.

The place had a good location and the front‑desk lady was friendly, towels were clean though the room was older, and shower water was hot. However, we stayed in the building next to the pool and the grass was littered with trash for weeks, plus large piles of dog poop near our room. The AC barely kept the room cool, so the manager left an old, dirty box fan to circulate air. Walls had splatters and a few spots in the bathroom looked like red liquid, possibly blood. Wi‑Fi was weak, only reaching about 15 feet and not into the bathroom. I’m asking for a 50 % refund because the price was too high. To the property manager: do not send an AI reply; inspect rooms 300‑308 yourself and discuss a refund or partial refund. As renters, we keep records before and after to verify the condition.
