The facilities were solid and the vibe was pleasant, and the meals at the restaurant—breakfast and dinner—were decent. The staff were genuinely helpful and eager to assist. However, the hot water was unavailable when we needed it, forcing us to run the tap for at least 30 minutes, which wasted a lot of water. Room service arrived unannounced in the afternoon, which was irritating; I had to put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and lock it from the inside. For breakfast, we had to wait at least 15 minutes to be served, and sometimes it was self‑service and other times not; at least tea and coffee should have been ready.
