The room carried an odd, unpleasant odor that felt like dirty feet, making the space seem unclean. Mold was visible in several corners, and it looked like the carpet and other textiles hadn’t been deep‑cleaned in a long time, which left the room less comfortable and hygienic than I expected. We checked out a few hours earlier than planned.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the place felt outdated, could have been cleaner, and the elevator was a bit sketchy.

The staff were excellent and very observant, noticing that I was traveling with an elderly mother and helping in every way; the hotel is updated and very clean. The door to the room is very heavy and hard to open with a walker or luggage, so a way to keep it open would be helpful.
