The staff were helpful, yet this was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I couldn’t shower because the water was too hot and the mixer tap wouldn’t work; the reception sent someone upstairs who explained that the water tanks are on the roof and the water gets very hot. I had to get up around 5‑6 am to shower, the carpets were dirty, and the lighting in the room was too dim even though there were a few lights.
