The staff are very friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. The location is good, a quiet and safe place. The room is very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the shower is large. The breakfast offers a buffet and you can order other dishes; it’s very good. The waiters are excellent. Modern and well maintained. You can dine there, with many dishes that are very good. The sound the air‑conditioner duct makes when on is annoying at night.

The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant and baggage staff, and the room was great, but the pool area was very small with only two sun lounges, which was fine since not many people were using it.

I had a very comfortable stay and the location was great—close to everything in Georgetown yet still peaceful and quiet; I’m grateful for the free room upgrade, love their hand/body wash and lotion so much I ordered the entire range online, and the lobby offered free coffee and snacks.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety and made‑to‑order options, and the lobby had free coffee and biscuits, yet the studio premier we booked for 5 nights felt too tiny, offering just a tiny luggage space, no cupboards, and a bathroom that was too small—New York‑style in a place like Penang, where the basin was outside; it might work for a one‑to‑two‑day stay, but for five days it was tedious to keep opening and closing suitcases to use our stuff.

The area is very clean and the staff have been very helpful and friendly. Nothing specific but was hoping to have a mini living room since it's a two-bed apartment
