The hosts were welcoming and available; we shared a great time with them, laughing a lot and learning many things.

The spot was close to the Futuroscope and the house has a lot of potential, but it needs some work. The staff were very friendly. We arrived after dark and when we wanted to shower there was no light in the bathroom. The house smelled unpleasant. The rooms were cluttered with the owners’ belongings, leaving almost no space for ours. We paid an extra 20€ for breakfast, but it couldn’t even be called a breakfast. The tableware was chipped, cracked, and dirty. The butter was already used and full of bread crumbs. No napkins were provided either.

Breakfast matched our expectations since the hosts weren’t told we were coming. Directions and parking were a bit confusing.

The location is good, close to the Futuroscope and far enough to be quiet. The owner’s children are very friendly. We were greeted by one of the house guests. Everything was dirty, dusty, cat hair, crumbs on the table, stains on the living room tablecloth. The room smelled damp and closed. I’m not sure the sheets were clean. Breakfast had yesterday’s bread and mold in the jam jar. The décor is odd, with preserved animals and hunting pictures.
