The dorm was co‑ed but capsule‑style, so it didn’t bother me; the sound insulation was good, I could pull the curtain tightly, there was a mirror beside the bed, and amenities ranged from makeup remover to lotion, plus paid room‑wear rentals. The kitchen had many seasoning options, and the air inside was clean. Access to Rain‑Shin Station and Kanazawa was excellent and very convenient.

The owner was very friendly and learning Chinese, so communication was easy. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy. Though it was a single bed, there was plenty of space beside it for personal or valuable items, along with a lamp, small table, outlet and mirror, all very convenient. Only two bathrooms meant that on busy days you might have to queue. The only drawback was that all rooms on the upper floor were shared without gender separation, so noise from other guests could be an issue. Great place, and I’d consider staying again next time.
