Roberta was very helpful and gave us great tips and recommendations. The B&B is centrally located in the old town inside a historic palazzo, with a good breakfast on the terrace. The room was modern and cozily furnished.

I was in the historic district and everything was perfect—nothing I could complain about.

Everything was great, no negatives at all.

The spot in the historic centre was ideal, and Roberta was a super attentive host from start to finish.

The flat itself was lovely, situated in an ideal spot right next to the main attractions, and it lived in a charming old building with a rooftop balcony. However, the listing didn’t mention that the host would be staying in the property with us. We arrived excited about the accommodation, but that quickly changed when the host told us she would be staying in the next room. We were shown to our room but weren’t given specific rules—for example, whether we could use the kitchen or living room (shared spaces). We also saw signs around the property about extra costs, such as paying more if we used more than a certain amount of electricity, and that the air‑con had to be switched off when leaving the flat. Some lights in the flat were motion‑sensed, so it felt like we were being monitored during our stay. The experience wasn’t what we paid for; we expected the entire place to be ours and felt intruded on when the host was there most of the time and even entered our room while we were not present.
