The location was great, the room was big and clean, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel’s décor felt a bit ostentatious, like an old-fashioned style, but that didn’t bother me because everything was very tidy and well-maintained.

The spot was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. The hotel overall could use some renovations.

The location was fine and the air conditioning worked. I think it was the only one in the area. During my three days, housekeeping only came once. Breakfast offered a variety of colored halva and individual sachets of croissants or industrial biscuits.

The location was good, about a five‑minute walk to Registan Square, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the reception handled currency exchange. Because I visited in a hot month, there were several power outages. The room was restored quickly and I didn’t feel too inconvenienced, but the reception area was often pitch black.

I liked the hotel’s location, within walking distance of the historic center, restaurants, and shops. We stayed two nights, and throughout our stay the lights went out several times, ranging from five minutes to over thirty minutes, both day and night. Above our roof‑top room (306) a street‑side air‑conditioner unit was installed, producing a loud hum and vibration that rattled through the ceiling. The toilet in the room was sluggish, taking about fifteen minutes to flush after use. There was no housekeeping or towel replacement at all. On the second day, they tried to charge us for the rooms twice, as if they thought we’d leave. Breakfast was terrible: only two small pots of hot food—one with a few sausages, the other with fried eggs—and three trays with two types of cheese and a very small sausage slice. That’s it. I understand it might be off‑season, but they still charged for breakfast.
