Mauro, il proprietario è una persona squisita! Ci ha accolto a braccia aperte e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La struttura è molto ben tenuta e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo anche trovato dei comfort aggiuntivi e graditi

Very lovely, located in a quiet area. The only downside I can find is that the rooms still lack air conditioning…but I expect the owner will install them next year.

The house is meticulously cared for in every detail, and Mauro is a kind, helpful, very hospitable person who loves his job—highly recommend this experience!

The house is clean, tastefully maintained, and clearly receives a lot of attention; the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very available, friendly, and pleasant, even offering a small breakfast. The location is perfect for rest: far from the bustle yet not too far from the city, making it ideal for visiting Biella and nearby mountain areas. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning in the summer evenings is noticeable; a fan is provided but can be quite noisy, though the owner will likely address this soon.
