The staff were especially good—quick to respond, helpful, and fluent in English, making communication easy. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also arranged a great late‑night in‑room dinner and fetched a Bintang for us because it wasn’t sold at their restaurant. Very kind.

The VIP rooms are spacious, but the place gets noisy with a lot of truck drivers leaving early in the morning.

The accommodation was fine, with a well‑working air‑conditioner and a great bed, but the staff seem to barely speak English, and the hotel appears to cater more to locals than tourists, which isn’t necessarily a problem.
