“Nice facilities and cleanliness, but let down by service and location”
The hotel itself is actually quite nice; the rooms and common areas were clean and the facilities/amenities were good. However, our stay was poorly managed from the start: the reception staff didn’t speak English, making communication hard, and they struggled to get our room sorted out properly. The hotel is also located quite far from the city center. Overall, an average experience with good infrastructure but service that needs improvement.
