The rooms were amazing and very comfortable, but the Salem location feels a bit sketchy with lots of homeless around. Luckily the hotel’s own well‑lit parking lot made me feel safe.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was closed when I needed it, the hallway had a fishy smell, and the side entrance was locked—probably because the strip club next door uses it for Johns. The traffic noise was super loud since it’s right by an intersection.

The place was clean, the beds comfortable, the pillows excellent, and breakfast options were good with up‑to‑date décor and fixtures—yummy cookies! The only downside was that I only got one cookie.

The hotel’s location was convenient for my venue, but it’s also in the city.
